Privacy Policy

Effective May 29, 2026 · Wubs is in private alpha; we will update this policy as the product develops and before any broader release.

This policy explains what information Wubs ("Wubs", "we", "us") collects when you use the Wubs app, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email support@wubs.ai.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — what you provide to create and sign in to your account (for example, an identifier from your chosen sign-in provider).
  • Coaching content — the messages you send to Wubs and the understanding and plans Wubs builds with you over time.
  • Health-record data you connect — if you choose to connect a health record, the structured clinical information you authorize your provider to share (see Integrations). Connecting is optional.
  • Device and usage information — basic technical data needed to operate the app reliably and securely.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide the service: to coach you, to build and maintain Wubs's working model and plan with you, to keep the service secure, and to improve how Wubs works. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. AI processing

Wubs is an AI product. Your coaching content and any connected health data are processed by large language models to generate responses and maintain your plan. This processing happens through our cloud and AI service providers under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and is used to provide the service to you — not to train third-party public models.

4. How we store and protect your information

We host the service on established cloud infrastructure and apply technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive data. Wubs's architecture is designed so that your sensitive content is not readable in plain text from the database alone. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but protecting your information is a core design priority.

5. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run Wubs: with service providers (such as cloud hosting and AI model providers) that process data on our behalf under contract; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a business transfer, subject to this policy. We do not sell your data.

6. Your choices and controls

  • Access & export — you can export your data from within the app.
  • Reset — you can reset the understanding Wubs has built with you.
  • Delete — you can delete your account and associated data. Deletion is executed promptly.
  • Disconnect a health record — you can disconnect a connected record at any time, stopping further access.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your associated data, except where we must retain limited information to meet legal or security obligations.

8. Children

Wubs is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Wubs evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the app.
