Privacy Policy

Effective October 2, 2026 · wubs is an early release offered to a small group; this policy will change as it develops, and before any broader release.

This policy explains what wubs collects, what it does with it, and the control you keep over it. Questions: support@wubs.ai.

1. What we collect

  • Your account: the identifier from the sign-in provider you choose, and your email address.
  • Your health record, only if you connect it: the categories listed on the consent screen you agree to before connecting, such as conditions, medications, allergies, results, visits, procedures, care plans, and clinical notes and documents. Nothing is retrieved until you connect.
  • What you tell wubs: your answers, your decisions about plan items, and what you ask it to prepare.
  • Basic technical data needed to run the service securely.

2. What we use it for

First: building and keeping current a plan for your care, and preparing you and the people helping you for visits and conversations with your care team. We also use it to measure whether wubs is doing that well, for example checking whether a plan missed something your record said.

Second, we use your data in aggregate to improve the suggestions wubs makes: what we keep from your record for this is only a kind of situation, a kind of action your care team took for it, and a count of how many people's records show it, never your name, your record or anyone's words, and a person on our team reviews every suggestion before it is used.

3. What we never do

We do not sell your data, and we do not use or share it for advertising. There is no advertising, analytics or session-replay code on any page you reach after signing in. We do not share your health data with anyone for their own purposes.

4. AI processing

wubs reads your record and drafts your plan with AI models that we run through Amazon Bedrock, inside our own cloud account. Under Amazon's terms, what we send is not used to train those models and is not shared with the companies that make them.

5. Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers, under contract, only to run wubs:

  • Amazon Web Services: hosting, our database, and the AI models above.
  • Databricks: the data platform where your record is organized and cleaned so it can be planned from.
  • Google: sign-in, if you choose to sign in with Google.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

6. How it is protected

In our application database, what wubs retrieves from your health record is encrypted with a key that belongs to your account alone before it is stored, so two people's records are never readable with the same key.

Two places hold your data without that key. Our data platform holds your record so it can be cleaned, protected there by the platform's own encryption and access controls. And when an AI task reads part of your record, a copy of what it read is kept with that task so its work can be checked. Both are deleted when you delete your data.

Access to our systems is limited to what running the service needs. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if a breach affects your data.

7. Your choices

  • Disconnect a health record at any time; wubs stops retrieving from it.
  • Delete everything from Settings, without asking us. It is one action: your connection is closed, what was retrieved is deleted, from our database and from our data platform, what our AI tasks read is erased, and your encryption key is destroyed, so anything encrypted under it is permanently unreadable, backups included. Withdrawing consent and deleting your data are the same act.
  • Ask us anything about your data at support@wubs.ai.

We keep a record that an AI task ran, and what it cost, after its content has been erased, because that record is about how wubs works rather than about you.

8. Caregivers

If you use wubs for someone else, the information you connect or enter about them is handled exactly as described here. They can ask us about it, or ask for it to be deleted, at support@wubs.ai.

9. Children

wubs is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian acting for them.

10. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will ask for your agreement again rather than treating your earlier agreement as covering the new version.
