Terms of Service

Effective May 29, 2026 · Wubs is in private alpha; these terms will be updated as the product develops and before any broader release.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wubs app and related services ("Wubs"). By using Wubs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use Wubs. Questions: support@wubs.ai.

1. What Wubs is

Wubs is a behavioural-science AI coaching app anchored in health and wellness. It offers general information and coaching to support your wellbeing and may engage whole-life context (such as relationships, work, or finances) only as it relates to your wellbeing.

2. What Wubs is not — important

Wubs is not a medical or mental-health provider and does not provide medical or mental-health diagnosis or treatment. Wubs is not legal counsel and not a financial advisor or fiduciary. Wubs does not start, stop, or change any medication, and does not provide professional advice. Information from Wubs is general and informational, and is not a substitute for professional judgment.

Not for emergencies. Wubs cannot help in a crisis or emergency. If you may be experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, or are thinking about harming yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use Wubs. Wubs is currently offered to a limited private-alpha group.

4. Your account and your content

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You retain your rights in the content you provide. You grant Wubs the permissions needed to process your content to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Health-record connections

If you connect a health record, you authorize Wubs to receive the information you choose to share, on a read-only basis, to support your coaching. Wubs does not write to or alter your medical record. You may disconnect at any time. See Integrations.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Wubs: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, and no use of Wubs to harm others. We may suspend or end access that violates these Terms.

7. Service changes and availability

Wubs is under active development. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and the service may be unavailable at times. We don't guarantee that Wubs will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Disclaimers

Wubs is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Because Wubs uses AI, its outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you should use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals for medical, mental-health, legal, or financial decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wubs and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information provided by Wubs.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Wubs evolves. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms; the effective date above will reflect the latest version.
